More than a shared sign on the door
Different perspectives. Shared responsibility.
SACRUM is not a platform of independent practices hiding behind one logo. We are a standing team that knows its own competences, consults on uncertainty and looks after the quality of the whole process together.
What holds us together is professional trust built over years of working alongside each other, and friendship. That closeness does not replace standards — it makes it possible to speak openly about limits, about disagreement, and about situations that call for a different kind of help.

Responsibility before results
Deep does not mean without limits.
Safety is not a form signed before a session. It is the way we talk, the way we choose who leads the work, and the way we respond when the right next step lies outside SACRUM.
Informed consent
You have the right to ask, to stop the process and to change your mind. Consent is a conversation, not a one-off signature.
Competence
Everyone works in their own area. When a different kind of help is needed, we do not pretend we can replace it.
Team
We do not work in isolation. We consult on uncertainty, keep up supervision and learn from each other.

Like a compass needle that does not point to a single pole, but to the whole space between them.
Science
We study altered states of consciousness on the basis of evidence — clinical protocols, publications, continuing education for the team (Institute of Psychology of the Polish Academy of Sciences, Integrative Psychiatry Institute, MAPS). Without scientific rigour this work becomes guesswork.
Support
Psychotherapy and psychological support — ISTDP, clinical and developmental hypnosis, addiction work, integration of experience. This is the team's day-to-day clinical practice.
Spirituality
We respect the spiritual and transpersonal dimension of experience, and the wisdom of the indigenous cultures many contemporary practices come from. We run an association in Peru, in the Amazon jungle, working with local communities.
Art
Joy, creativity and culture have a permanent place here — not only the clinic. We co-organise CIEŃ Festival, a space where the experience of altered states of consciousness meets art and community.

Programmes grounded in real practice with altered states of consciousness
From on-demand courses to small live workshops. Every programme has a clearly described scope, format and limits — without sensational language and without promises that cannot honestly be made. Psychedelic Guide Training™ runs in English; the others are taught in Polish.

Before we meet

01How does working together begin?+
With a free, 15-minute call. We listen to what brings you here, say plainly what the scope of our work is, and check together whether someone on the team is a good fit for you.
02Do you work in English?+
One-to-one sessions in English are available with part of the team — write to us and we will tell you honestly who is available and when. Psychedelic Guide Training™ runs in English. Our other courses and the article archive are in Polish.
03Who helps me choose the person and the method?+
You do not need to know the names of the approaches or arrive with a decision made. After the first conversation we suggest the person and format best matched to the goal you described. The final decision is always yours.
04Is CAPT legal in Poland?+
The process is available only to adults holding a valid prescription for medical cannabis and using the product as their doctor directs. SACRUM does not issue prescriptions, does not supply any product and does not advise on dosing.
05What if I need a doctor or urgent help?+
We say so plainly. Our work does not replace care from a doctor or psychiatrist, or crisis intervention. If a situation goes beyond our competence we recommend contacting an appropriate specialist or facility.
06Do sessions happen online?+
Some consultations and processes can run online. The format depends on the person leading the work, the type of work and safety requirements. In-person meetings take place in Warsaw.
