Neurobiological consultationYour nervous system in numbers, not only in impressions

An analysis of the biological and psychological context of how you function — using biofeedback and neurofeedback (EEG, HRV among others), a review of lifestyle and blood biomarkers — ending with concrete recommendations on nervous system regulation, coping with stress and cognitive function.

Starting point

«I'm constantly stressed» and heart rate variability below the normal range are two descriptions of the same thing. The second one can be measured and compared again in a month.

What it actually is

A neurobiological consultation brings together two sources of data about how you function: physiological measurements (EEG — the brain's electrical activity; HRV — heart rate variability as an index of autonomic balance) and context — lifestyle, sleep, movement, stress levels, and, where results are available, blood biomarkers.

Numbers on their own say little without context. That is why we set the biofeedback and neurofeedback measurements against a conversation about everyday functioning — only that combination shows whether what you experience as chronic fatigue or excessive vigilance is reflected in measurable physiology.

The tool works in both directions. Some people come because something is off — tension, sleep, alertness that does not settle despite rest. Others come with a nervous system within normal range and a different question: what does my baseline look like, and what genuinely improves focus, recovery or resilience under load, before a problem appears.

The result is a set of concrete, workable recommendations — not a diagnosis, not a prescription, but a clear description of where the nervous system is working under load and what genuinely supports its regulation and cognitive function in daily life.

How it runs

From the first message to closing the process.

01

Initial interview

A conversation about what you want to understand or improve — sleep, stress levels, energy, focus.

02

Measurements

An in-person session using EEG and HRV (about 60–90 minutes); where blood test results are available we take biomarkers into account as well.

03

Contextual analysis

Setting the measurements against lifestyle — sleep, activity, mental and physical load.

04

Recommendations and a plan

Concrete, workable recommendations supporting nervous system regulation and cognitive function, with the option of a follow-up session in person or online.

Who it is for

Clear expectations before the first session.

01

People who want to understand their state from data

When you want to see chronic fatigue, tension or sleep difficulty in numbers, not only as a subjective impression.

02

People working under constant cognitive load

Decision-making, multitasking, time pressure — when a drop in focus or working memory starts to affect work and it is unclear whether it is fatigue or something worth measuring.

03

People preparing for work in expanded states of consciousness

As a complement to preparation and integration — a picture of the nervous system's starting point before and after a process.

04

People working on lifestyle and habits

A baseline to come back to after months of work on regulation and daily functioning.

An important boundary

What this is not.
