Health screening
A short conversation or questionnaire before sign-up, checking medical contraindications to intensive breathing practice.
Group sessions · Warsaw
Facilitated breathing practice (Psychedelic Medicinal Breathwork) supporting contact with the body, focus and wellbeing. Group sessions in a small circle, with the facilitator present throughout.
Starting point
„Breathing is the only physiological process you can steer deliberately — and which at the same time happens without you. That borderline is where we work.”
Breathwork uses intense, conscious breathing patterns to shift the state of attention and make contact easier with the body, with emotions and with tensions that ordinarily stay outside awareness.
Sessions are held in groups — up to 16 people at once, each with the facilitator present and watching throughout — and usually last around 3 hours, covering an introduction, the breathing practice itself and time to integrate the experience within the group.
A health screening is required before taking part. Breathwork is not suitable for everyone and specific medical contraindications have to be ruled out.
How it runs
A short conversation or questionnaire before sign-up, checking medical contraindications to intensive breathing practice.
Going through the technique, the safety rules and what to expect during the session.
A facilitated group session set to music, with the facilitator present throughout and ready to respond to participants' needs.
Time to come back to yourself and to talk through the experience together at the end.
Who it is for
For when working «by conversation alone» is not enough to reach a tension or an emotion.
For those who do well in a safe, facilitated group.
Passing the initial health screening is a condition of participation.
